6. Software License

Purchase of an OpenClaw kit includes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pre-installed OpenClaw and Moltbot software for personal or educational purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the software.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and Site are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.


8. Limitation of Liability
