Return & Refund Policy
At Cowry Labs, we put significant care into every OpenClaw kit — from the pre-loaded software to the packaging. We want you to be confident in your purchase, which is why we are transparent about our policy upfront.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — pre-configured hardware and proprietary software bundles — all sales are considered final at the time of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incompatibility with third-party equipment, or partial use of the kit.
We encourage every customer to review the product description, technical specifications, and FAQ at openclawstart.com before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every kit we ship. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. To be eligible:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cowrylabs.com
- Include your order number and a clear description of the issue
- Attach photos or video showing the damage or defect
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- Replacement of the defective component(s)
- Store credit toward a future purchase
- Full replacement kit (for severe or irreparable damage)
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send the correct item at no additional cost.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper use, modification, or third-party accessories
- Software issues resulting from user-installed programs or OS modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Missing claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, email hello@cowrylabs.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
