We know you're excited to get your OpenClaw kit. Here's everything you need to know about how we get it to you.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Ordering over the weekend? Your order will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping in the US: Available on select orders — contact us before placing your order
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Threshold is displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
- Some remote locations may not be serviceable — if in doubt, contact us before ordering
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Cowry Labs is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@cowrylabs.com — we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and any building mail rooms
- Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark items delivered prematurely
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at support@lonecowry.com and we will work with you toward a resolution.
Shipping Damage
If your kit arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking further, then contact us within 7 days at hello@cowrylabs.com. See our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
